So the third month of the year is almost done and you are still training! I would just like to congratulate you on this achievement! This means you are one step closer to making participating in physical activity a habit.

The greatest realization you have to make is that reaching your goals depends greatly on you committing to the lifestyle change to a more physically active lifestyle instead of treating training and dieting as a band aid fix! Their once was a quote that stated that you should be training to reward your body with the release of endorphins instead of punishing it for what you ate last night, and it is true.keep-calm-and-march-forward

You should train because you started liking it and how you feel while and after you train. You should develop a passion for it and you will reach your goals. Trust in the process and experience success. Reaching your goals such as having a six pack, or having big biceps are all effects of the process and will occur once you have accepted that process both works and takes time, there is no quick fix or ban aid fix that will ever surpass true dedication and hard work.

Just remember that unfortunately physical fitness is one of those things that always need to be maintained. Unfortunately you body tends back towards a lazy lifestyle and if you stop you will lose almost everything you have worked so hard for.

So using any training or dieting as a band aid fix will ultimately result in deterioration back to where you were before you started.

This means that if you want to reach your goals and maintain them you will have to commit to the lifestyle and put in the hours and work for what you want. Remember that if you want something you haven’t had before you are going to have to do something you haven’t done before. Einstein once said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So if what you have been doing hasn’t gotten you where you want to be then change it.

If it is worth it, it won’t be easy, and if it is easy it won’t be worth it! Start you change and commit to the lifestyle, trust in the process and witness the success!
