One on One Training
Aimed at the person who wish to receive individual attention towards measured goals. This type of training is generally very much focused on a specific goal i.e. weight loss, sport specific training or even actors who need to get in shape for a roll. 
Couple or Pair Training
This is generally where a couple or 2 friends wish to work towards a general goal in fitness. The concept works great should you feel to have a friendly competition with your training buddy. Couples generally do this to improve their general health and lifestyle.
Group Training
Aimed at those who wish to improve their lifestyle by joining a group of people with the same goal. This works well with families, sport teams and those friends who wish to get in shape for an event or even the beach!
Outdoor/ Bootcamp
There is something about being active in nature that nurtures mind and body…we therefore offer training outside, in the fresh air, and where there is generally no boundaries of space. Whether you are doing one-on-one training on the beach, or is a group doing training in the mountains, we are there to support and coach.
Online Training
With technology readily available, you have assistance from us wherever you are in the world. With clients all over the world, we assist and coach with the help of online technology. This is also handy should you be going on holiday or a business trip.
Pilates & Stretch Sessions (up to 4 per session)
Pilates focuses mainly on strengthening your core with a subtle but effective way of movement. All movement comes from your core, so when you have a strong center, it is easier to prevent injuries and maintain a strong healthy body. Stretching increases not only the flexibility of you muscles but also the mobility of your body in general, which is fundamental to overall health and wellness.
Dance 4 Fitness
Dancing is a great way to get fit and stay in shape. It uses both the aerobic and an-aerobic systems in your body which means that you are not only burning calories and getting fit, but also toning and strengthening your muscles. At the same time you are developing your co-ordination and posture while having so much fun that its hard to believe you are working out. We will be offering different styles of dancing like Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Dance Aerobics, Zumba and the basic rhythms of Latin Dance.
Corporate Fitness Programmes
Productivity in the workplace is directly influenced by one’s mental and physical strength and ability. We therefore focus on Corporate wellness to create a balance between physical and mental “strength and endurance” as this will directly improve ones productivity in the workplace. Sports Massage
Sports massage is an effective and beneficial form of physical therapy, not only for active people, or those requiring therapy after a soft tissue injury, but also for those people seeking relief from muscle tension or requiring massage for the maintenance of healthy muscles. Sports massage involves the skill of manipulating the soft tissue of the body and isolating individual muscle groups using specific and specialised techniques.
The principle aims of sports massage are:

  • Recovery during training and travelling Physical and Physiological Effects of Sports Massage:
  • Stretches soft tissues (muscle, tendons and ligaments)

  • Increases blood and lymphatic circulation
  • Relieves muscle tension and pain by aiding the removal of lactic acid

Our team does training from:
05h00 to 20h00 from Mondays to Fridays
06h00 to 13h00 on Saturdays

Peak times are generally more popular and scares and are between:
05h00 to 09h00 and 16h00 to 20h00.

We pride ourselves in offering a lifestyle solution custom to your requirements. The process of PERSONAL TRAINING with us does not only involve supervision, but also a trainer and team that will drive, motivate, coach and coordinate your customised fitness or lifestyle programme.

Because every client has a different “Starting point” we ensure that you receive expert advice, coaching and assistance in aspects such as exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

To be successful in reaching your goals we consider the following aspects;
1. What programme you should enrol for,
2. Which trainer shall fit your goals best,
3. Where training should take place,
4. How often and how long you should build on a programme.

Trainers are all qualified, well trained experts who will ensure you are always safe in both your environment and with the training and movements you do.

What to expect during your first FIT4U session
Your trainer will go over your health-screening questionnaire and will also collect valuable information such as blood pressure, measurements and resting heart rate. This is also a goal setting session and short and long term goals will be determined. 

Your trainer will also get the chance to learn more about you e.g. what motivates you and exercises you like and dislike. Your assigned trainer will also explain the FIT4U policy & procedure with you, and will also answer any health and fitness related questions you might have e.g. his/her fitness and exercise philosophy.
