TUESDAY CHOOSE DAY

 

Most of us have certain exercises we just intensely dislike. Well this week we have great news for you: “There is more than one exercise to target each muscle group” and we will provide you with a few options for various areas of the body.

 

The special thing about “Chooseday” is that you have the option to choose your preferred exercise for each of the muscle groups.

 

We have provided 4 exercises per muscle group

Step 1: Choose your favourite exercise from each group

Step 2: Perform them this week choose day for a full body workout.

 

Note: It is advised that you perform 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps for each chosen exercise.

For a more intense full body workout, perform 2 from each group.

 

Make some extra time each “Choose day” to try out each of these exercises. Who knows, the ones you like the least might end up becoming your favourite…

 

 

Please note: There is no description of correct technique for these pictures. Incorrect technique can result in injury and I strongly advise that you seek advice from one of our Fit4u health and fitness professionals before performing any of these exercises; especially if you have previously or are currently suffering any injuries or are unfamiliar with the correct technique for these movements.
